Alie is a mental health counselor with experience in group and individual counseling to assist her clients with their mental health and wellness goals.  She is a nationally certified rehabilitation counselor with experience in working with individuals with a wide range of disability diagnoses and identities. She has training and experience on navigating relationships and relational issues, sexual health and sexuality including sex addiction.

 

She has recently begun working towards becoming an AASECT certified sex therapist and is interested in helping clients with sexual health as well as sex addiction and sexual behavior issues.  She provides affirmative care for people on the LGBTQIA+ spectrum as well.

 

Alie is a person-centered, strengths based therapist with a focus on self-compassion with a life-span approach to counseling. She works with clients from children to older adults with warmth, positive regard and a style that strives to partner with clients to empower them to reach their goals.  Her goal in therapy is to provide a safe and affirming space for her clients to navigate the difficulties that brought them to counseling, create and reach goals and make positive changes in their lives.
